What we are
We are a software reseller. That word is precise, and we chose it deliberately.
Saas & Data Global Service LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, formed on 16 June 2026 under Entity ID 2026-002008892.
We are not a marketplace that introduces buyers to sellers and takes a commission for the introduction. We are not a payment intermediary. We do not collect money on behalf of other people and pass it along. We buy the right to commercialize software, and then we sell that software — under our own name, our own contract, and our own liability.
Why this matters
Invisible to most customers. Decisive for all of them.
When a marketplace lists a product, the contract is between you and whoever uploaded it. When we list a product, the contract is between you and us.
If the software fails, if the developer disappears, if the promised feature never arrives — you do not have to find them. You have to find us, and we are not hard to find. Our registered address, entity number and jurisdiction are printed at the bottom of every page on this site.

Most people who sell software think Delaware. We looked at the numbers and chose better.
Every company pays tax somewhere, and the state where a company is incorporated decides how much of its structure is eaten by state-level charges before it earns a dollar. We compared the states most businesses default to — and chose the one that keeps the most on the table. Wyoming charges no state corporate income tax, no personal income tax, and only a small annual license fee. That is not a loophole; it is simply the most efficient place in the United States to base a company like ours. When you sell through us, you inherit that structure — with no company of your own to open, anywhere.
