This Privacy Policy outlines how Saas & Data Global Service LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes, safeguards, and isolates personal and technical operational parameters within our server arrays.

1. Data Processing

We process strictly limited technical logs necessary for the execution and routing of our software pipelines. This process entails:

  • Bandwidth Optimization: Tracking data packet sizes, node routing directions, and regional response latencies to regulate load distribution dynamically.
  • AI Module Authentication (Aivra Suite): Verifying client license keys, active processes, and secure telemetry handshakes for automation tasks.
  • Cyber Attack Protection: Continuous monitoring of IP request patterns to protect server blocks from DDoS, injection exploits, and unauthorized API routing attempts.

2. Infrastructure Privacy

Because we operate directly on physical hardware and dedicated server rooms owned and managed by the Company in Wyoming (USA) and Paraguay, we provide isolation from typical public virtual servers.

No Shared Third-Party Cloud Stacking

Your data parameters are never shared, sold, rented, or stored in third-party clouds or unauthorized data centers.

By owning the network hardware, we bypass standard third-party telemetry aggregations. No data is sent to external analytical networks except where strictly required for transaction verification.

3. Financial Data & Payment Processing

All payment transaction processing is decoupled from our main application database to ensure security.

Credit card data, recurring transaction details, and electronic billing parameters are encrypted and transmitted directly via PCI-DSS Compliant, regulated transaction partners (including Stripe). The Company does not hold or store raw payment credentials in our own database infrastructure.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion
