These Terms of Service govern the deployment, licensing, and operational usage of the digital software, intelligent automations, database nodes, and data routing networks engineered by Saas & Data Global Service LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By initializing our server configurations, licensing our software modules, accessing our telemetry routing nodes, or utilizing any resources managed by Saas & Data Global Service LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you confirm your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity.
2. Services Provided
We deploy, license, and maintain specialized software-as-a-service ecosystems and physical computing setups, which include:
- Aivra Intelligent Automation Suite: Licensing of proprietary machine learning modules, automated checklists, database logging agents, and process auditing flows.
- Autonomous Cloud Infrastructure: Dedicated hosting setups, virtualized network environments, DDoS shielding arrays, and private telemetry server nodes.
- High-Throughput Data Relay: CDN caching systems, low-latency streaming relays, and encrypted content routing (configured for fta Channel).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software applications, neural network models, telemetry data, routing configurations, interface designs, logos, and server management code engineered by the Company or its subsidiaries remain the sole and exclusive property of Saas & Data Global Service LLC.
Your access grants you a limited, non-assignable, revocable license to utilize these services strictly for your internal operational needs. You are prohibited from decompiling, cloning, reverse-engineering, or seeking to copy the structural layouts of our backend networks.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Service licenses are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, or measured dynamically under metered usage billing metrics depending on the chosen pipeline.
All transactions are conducted electronically via secure, encrypted payment gateways. Recurring fees are collected automatically in advance of each billing cycle.
You are free to submit a cancellation request through your management portal at any time. To protect server capacity alocations, no retroactive refunds or usage credits are provided for alocated server space, bandwidth limits, or active SaaS modules already processed.
5. Governing Law
These Terms, along with your use of our infrastructure services, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this agreement must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
